Turns a short request into a clearer, more detailed one, written the way the chosen model reads best, in the language of the request. Nothing is generated. Charges `improve_credits` from `GET /generations/models`; a rewrite that fails gives them back. Show the result to the user before generating with it.
Ask for the credits of a generation back POST
Asks the team to review the result and give its credits back. One request per generation, only once it is `ready`, and not after it was downloaded or posted. Follow it in `refund_status` of `GET /generations/{id}`: `requested`, then `approved` or `denied`. A generation that `failed` already gave its credits back on its own.
