Delete a generation

Removes it from the list and its file from the library. One still processing cannot be deleted.

Get a generation GET

Returns one generation. Poll it every 10 seconds while `status` is `processing`; `output.url` is set once `ready`.

Get the download link of a generation GET

Signed link that saves the full-quality file, valid for 6 hours. Only for a `ready` generation. Once downloaded, its credits can no longer be asked back.
