Update a monitor
Changes only the fields sent; null clears template_id and the duration limits. enabled follows the same rules as start and stop. Refusals: 400 INVALID_DURATION_RANGE, 402, 403, 404, 409 MINIMUM_MONITORING_TIME.

Returns one monitored channel and whether it is on. Monitoring can also turn itself off when the balance runs out.
Stop watching a channel DELETE
Removes the monitor and turns it off. Clips it already produced stay in the workspace, and creating a monitor for the same channel and `type` again brings this one back with its history and automations, under the same `id`.
