Create a persona from a ready-made character POST
Free and instant: the character's photo becomes the first version of a new persona with `image_status: ready`. With `name` the persona is saved at once (`status: ready`) and can be used in videos right away; without it, it is a `draft` to name with `POST /personas/{id}/save`.
List personas GET
Returns the workspace's personas, newest first, drafts included. `image_status` and `video_generating` say what is still being generated, so one call shows every persona in progress.
