Transcribe audio in Japanese
Japanese is written without spaces between words and mixes three writing systems, so the transcription has to decide, segment by segment, what goes in kanji, what goes in hiragana and what goes in katakana. The output comes back in Japanese script, which is what actually works for captioning and publishing — romanising it would only get in the way.
