Your first clip, step by step

How credits work
1 credit = 1 minute of video, rounded up. What counts is the section you chose to clip, not the size of the file.
What changes between the plans
What changes from one plan to the next beyond credits: watermark, 4K, connected accounts, live clips and how long your clips are kept.
My render failed or is taking too long
Rendering is a queue: the wait depends on the clip and on how many people are exporting. A failure doesn't charge credits again — and most have an identifiable cause.
Connecting your social accounts
Connecting authorizes CutPro to publish for you. Not every network on the list publishes today — some are only open for connecting.
Payment problems: declined cards and PIX
