Privacy Policy for AI Apps
Using CutPro from ChatGPT, Claude and other AI apps

This policy covers what happens to your data when you use CutPro from an AI app, such as ChatGPT, Claude or any other client of the CutPro MCP server (https://mcp.cut.pro and the @cutpro/mcp package). It complements the CutPro Privacy Policy, which applies to everything else you do on CutPro and prevails on any point this page does not cover.
1. Who is responsible
CutPro Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ 65.297.571/0001-85, São Paulo, Brazil) is the controller of the personal data described here. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at [email protected].
2. What we receive from the AI app
We never receive your conversation with the AI app. We only receive the requests the app sends to CutPro on your behalf, when it decides to use a CutPro tool to do what you asked. Depending on the task, those requests contain:

| Social accounts for publishing | When you ask to publish, the social accounts you connected on cut.pro that should receive the post. |
| Technical records | For each request: the time, the tool used, the request content, the network address and the software of the calling service. |
We do not ask for and do not want payment card data, health data, government identifiers, passwords or one-time codes through the AI app. You sign in on cut.pro itself; the AI app never sees your password.
3. Why we use it
- To do what you asked: analyze, clip, edit, render, transcribe and publish videos, and follow the channels you chose.
- To keep the connection working and secure: authenticate the AI app, refresh its access, and stop it as soon as you disconnect.
- To protect CutPro and its users: detect abuse, enforce rate limits and investigate incidents.
- To account for usage in your workspace and to answer support requests.
We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who receives it
- The AI app you connected (for example OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude) receives the results of each request, such as clip titles, links and job status, so it can answer you. It handles them under its own privacy policy.
- Social networks you ask CutPro to publish to (such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) receive the video and the text of the post.
- Service providers that run CutPro for us under contract: cloud hosting, storage and content delivery, and AI processing for transcription and clip analysis. They act on our instructions only.
- Authorities, when the law or a court order requires it.
Data may be processed outside your country, under the safeguards described in section 7 of the CutPro Privacy Policy.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your controls
- You approve every connection. The AI app sends you to cut.pro, where you sign in, see which app is asking and where you will return to, and choose the workspace it may use.
- The AI app asks before acting. Tools that start paid work, publish content or delete something are marked as such, so the AI app asks for your confirmation first.
- Disconnect at any time in CutPro under Settings, Connected apps (cut.pro/studio/me/api-keys). Access ends immediately; you can also remove the connection from the AI app itself.
- Delete your content (videos, clips, renders, posts, transcriptions) through the AI app or on cut.pro, or delete your whole account at cut.pro/account-deletion.
- Exercise your privacy rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and the others listed in our Privacy Policy) by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 15 days.
7. Children
CutPro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data through AI apps.
8. Changes
We will update this page when the way we handle AI app data changes, and change the date at the top. Material changes are also announced by email and in the app, as described in the CutPro Privacy Policy.
