CutPro has a transparent billing system, with prices in your local currency and secure payment methods.

Payment methods

  • PIX (Brazil): recurring payment via automatic PIX, processed by Asaas
  • Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed by Stripe
Prices are displayed automatically in your local currency at the time of subscription.

Billing cycle

  • Renewal: the subscription is charged each cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Annual plan: equivalent to about 10 months, meaning roughly 2 months of discount compared to monthly
  • Upgrade: immediate access, with billing prorated to the remaining period
  • Downgrade: applied at the next renewal cycle
  • Cancellation: at any time, keeping access until the end of the period already paid

Credits

  • 1 credit = 1 minute of processed video
  • Plan credits are renewed at each billing cycle
  • Validity: Gratuito renews monthly; Básico 30 days; Plus 60 days; Pro 90 days

Extra credit packs

When you need more credits without changing plans, you can buy standalone packs of 200, 450, or 1000 credits. The price of each pack appears in the app and varies by your plan (larger plans buy cheaper packs).

Required information

To subscribe, we need:
  • Full name
  • A valid and verified email
  • CPF (for users in Brazil)

Invoices and receipts

  • Email: the receipt is sent after each charge
  • Dashboard: full transaction history in your account
  • Taxes: already included in the final amount

Payment security

  • CutPro does not store your card details
  • Card payments are processed by Stripe; PIX by Asaas
  • Both follow international security standards

Billing issues

  • PIX: confirm that the payment was completed
  • Card declined: check the limit and expiration date, or contact the issuing bank
  • Cancellation: done from the dashboard; there is no charge in the next cycle and access continues until the end of the paid period

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my plan at any time? Yes. Upgrades are immediate and downgrades take effect in the next cycle. If I cancel, do I lose access immediately? No. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Do credits roll over? Each renewal grants your plan’s credits, and they have a validity (30, 60, or 90 days depending on the plan). You can still buy extra packs whenever you need them. How do I see my current usage? In your account dashboard, in the credits section.
Prices are final, with taxes included, and appear in your local currency. PIX has no additional fees.
