Affiliate program: commissions and payouts
Referring pays in two different ways: credits in the app (open to everyone) or cash commission (affiliate, with approval). They're not the same program.
Updated July 26, 2026There are two different programs, and mixing them up is the most common confusion:
| Refer & Earn | CutPro Affiliates | |
|---|---|---|
| Reward | Credits to use in the app | Cash commission |
| Entry | Open to any account | Application with approval |
| When it counts | When your invitee generates their first clip | When your referral pays |
This article is about the affiliate program (the cash one). Refer & Earn is automatic: your link already exists and the credits arrive on their own.
Joining the program
The application asks for your full name, the channel or profile where you promote, and your country. If you sign up as a company, it also asks for the company tax ID and legal name; in Brazil, a PIX key is mandatory at sign-up.
There's no follower minimum, but approval is manual — until it comes through, your account sits as pending and the affiliate dashboard won't open. CutPro may decline an application at its discretion, per the affiliate terms.
Creating your link
Once approved, the link doesn't come ready-made: you create a campaign and the campaign generates the link. Each campaign has its own tracking code, the platform where you'll promote, the destination inside the site, and its own UTMs.
The advantage of having more than one campaign is knowing what converts: one for YouTube, one for Twitch, one for the newsletter, each with separate metrics for clicks, sign-ups and conversions.
A click on your link drops a 30-day cookie. A purchase made within that window counts for you.
The commission
- 25% of net revenue, the program standard.
- For 12 months, counted per referral — it isn't a one-off: as long as they keep paying within the window, you get paid every month.
- Creators with bigger reach can negotiate the percentage and the period — the contact is
[email protected].
Two things that usually surprise people:
- Extra credit purchases don't generate commission by default. The program is aimed at subscriptions; commission on credits is an exception granted case by case.
- Only a new customer counts. Someone who has had a paid subscription before isn't a valid purchase, even if they come in through your link.
The status of a commission
Every commission starts Pending, moves to Approved and ends as Paid. A commission can be Canceled — the most common case is a refund or chargeback on the purchase behind it, which cancels the commission automatically. If a dispute is later won, the commission is valid again.
The dashboard separates "pending balance" (awaiting approval) from "available balance" (approved, ready to withdraw).
Withdrawing
- Minimum of R$ 100. Below that the balance keeps accruing.
- PIX only, no fee, to the key on file. For a company, the key has to belong to the same company tax ID.
- Only in fixed windows: the 1st to the 5th or the 16th to the 20th of each month. Outside those days the button refuses the request, and it's one request per fortnight.
- The request goes through manual review before the payment goes out. While it's awaiting review, you can cancel it yourself and the balance comes back.
- Companies have to attach a service invoice made out to CutPro with every withdrawal.
One rule that catches a lot of people: individuals have a lifetime withdrawal ceiling of R$ 500. On reaching that limit you have to move your registration to a company and start issuing invoices — and a company registration doesn't go back to an individual one.
The amount paid can come out lower than requested if, between the request and the payment, some commission in the batch is canceled by a refund.
What forfeits a commission
The terms are explicit: traffic fraud (artificial clicks, bots, cookie stuffing), spam, self-referral (referring yourself, family members or business partners), paid ads bidding on the CutPro brand as a keyword, and promoting without disclosing that it's advertising (#ad).
The system blocks self-referral on its own, and there's an audit afterwards — a paid commission can be reversed within 90 days if an irregularity is proven.
Outside Brazil
Automatic PIX payouts are Brazil-only. Affiliates in other countries arrange payment by email with the team after approval.
