Buying extra credits

Extra credits are for the month where usage ran past what you expected and you don't want to change plans over it.

How to buy

In the credits area of the studio, you choose between:

• Fixed packages — preset amounts, with a better price per credit as the size goes up.
• Custom amount — you type exactly how many credits you want, starting at 50. The price per credit improves by tier as the quantity goes up.

The total appears before you confirm.

Payment

PIX or credit card. PIX is in reais only and requires a valid CPF or CNPJ on the account; the minimum for a PIX charge is R$ 5.00.

Credits bought with PIX land as soon as the payment confirms — usually within a few minutes. If the QR code expires on screen, the page offers to generate a new one.

The price per credit depends on your plan

It isn't the same for everyone: subscribers on bigger plans buy credits cheaper than someone on the free plan. The price table you're shown is already yours.

So when buying extra becomes a monthly habit, it's worth comparing: moving up a plan is often cheaper than topping up every time. See what changes between the plans.

Two good things to know

Extra credits never expire. Unlike plan credits, which have an expiry date, the ones you buy separately sit in your balance until they're used.

They're spent last. CutPro burns whatever expires first — that is, plan credits — and only then touches the extra ones. That's deliberate: it stops you from losing balance to expiry after having paid for credits.

Who can buy

The purchase is made by a workspace administrator. Since the balance belongs to the workspace and not to a person, whoever buys is topping up the whole team.

Buying in the mobile app

You can also buy credits inside the app. Just know that the price in the stores (App Store and Google Play) is higher than on the web, because it includes the store's commission. Buying on the site, you pay less for the same package.

Invoices

Same as with subscriptions: an invoice is issued for purchases in reais with a CPF/CNPJ registered, and becomes available later in the billing history. Details in payment problems.
