What changes between the plans

There are four open plans — Free, Basic, Plus and Pro — plus a Business arrangement for agencies and teams, closed directly with the sales team.

Prices and the credit allowance of each plan live on the pricing page, which is always the up-to-date source. What follows is what behaves differently between them.

What actually sets them apart

Credits per month	The big one. Free gives you a small package to try with a real video.
Watermark	Free exports carry a watermark; paid plans don't.
Export quality	Every plan exports in Full HD. 4K is Pro only.
Connected accounts	How many accounts per network you can connect, and which networks are unlocked.
Live clips	Live stream monitoring isn't on every plan.
Batch export	Downloading several clips at once is a paid-plan feature.
Queue priority	Higher plans render first when the queue is busy.
Clip retention	7 days on Free, 30 days on paid plans.
Workspace seats	How many people work in the same workspace.

The two that catch people out

Retention. On the free plan, a submission's clips disappear after 7 days; on paid plans, 30. The deadline is stamped the moment the clips are generated and doesn't change afterwards — even if you downgrade, older clips keep the deadline they already had.

4K isn't always 4K. Exporting in 4K only makes sense if the source video is genuinely 4K. Ask for 4K on a video that only exists in 1080p and CutPro gives you 1080p — there's no inventing resolution the source doesn't have.

Business

Business isn't a plan you subscribe to in one click: it's a contract with a high credit volume and invoicing to a company tax ID, closed with the sales team. The pricing page has the form that starts the conversation.

Choosing without regret

A routine that works:

1. Start on Free. It exists so you can process a real video and judge the quality of the cuts before paying.
2. Count your minutes, not your clips. Consumption is per minute of video submitted — see how credits work. Estimate how many hours of content you process per month and pick from there.
3. If it's just one tight month, don't change plans: buy extra credits.
4. If you need live or 4K, that's a plan decision, not a credit one.
