Scheduling posts with the Calendar

With at least one connected account, the Calendar shows everything waiting to go out and everything that already went, as a calendar or a list.

The flow is the same either way: pick the clip, pick the destination accounts, write the text and decide the timing. If you schedule, you set a date and time — which has to be in the future.

Each network's specific options appear according to the accounts you chose. There's also a Global tab, where a single piece of text is applied to each network's main field — title on YouTube, caption on Instagram, text on Bluesky.

Spread it out instead of dumping it

When the same clip goes to many accounts, publishing everything in the same second is the fastest way to look like a bot. The Calendar offers two controls:

• Spacing — an interval between each post, or between each account.
• Spread across days — distributes the posts over several days, within a time window (9am to 6pm by default), respecting a number of accounts per day and posts per day per account.

There's also an automatic safeguard: when the same content goes to more than ten accounts, CutPro shuffles the hashtags and creates variations of the text on its own. That exists because the networks — Instagram especially — detect identical repeated content and may strip the caption or reduce reach.

What a "group" is

A post going to 20 accounts isn't 20 posts: it's one post with 20 destinations. The Calendar groups that into a single row, which you expand to see account by account.

That matters when canceling, because the actions are different:

• Unschedule on a specific account removes only that destination.
• Cancel group cancels every still-pending post in that group.

Neither one affects what has already been published. CutPro doesn't delete a post that's already live on the network — you do that on the platform itself.

Editing before it goes out

You can edit text, swap accounts and change the time while the post hasn't gone out yet. Two rules:

• Only items that are still pending are editable.
• The time can only be changed if no account in that post has published yet. If part of it has already gone out, the text can still change but the time is locked.

Automatic publishing (flows)

Beyond manual scheduling, there are flows: standing rules where you define where the videos come from and where the clips go, and CutPro picks the best cuts and publishes them on its own.

A flow can be enabled, disabled, duplicated or deleted — deleting takes its sources and destinations with it, but posts already published stay.

One safety ceiling worth knowing: because of shadowban risk, automatic publishing respects a maximum of 10 posts per day per account, even if you configure more. That's deliberate.

New accounts also go through a warm-up period, publishing little at first and ramping up gradually — dumping volume on a freshly created account is the most reliable way to get it taken down.

When something fails

Publishing is asynchronous: CutPro sends it and the network processes it on their side. A post that shows as sent can still take a few minutes to appear on the profile.
